A group of five high schoolers who unleash supernatural forces upon their town and must all work together – thanks to and in spite of their friendships, rivalries, and pasts with each other – in order to save it, learning much about their own parents’ teenage secrets in the process.

Simon, a 16-year-old suffocated by his strict Mormon upbringing, rebels and crosses the border with friends for a weekend in Canada, as they individually discover more about themselves.

College student Deena visits her home town and is roped into a babysitting gig. Meanwhile, the local sheriff, after receiving a piece of evidence in the mail, falls into an increasingly desperate scavenger hunt involving a series of murders.
